Tourism industry in China has obtained outstanding achievements in the past decades. World Tourism Organization predicted that China would became world top tourism destination and the forth tourist generating country in 2020. Aiming at becoming the world power of tourism, China is in urgent need of local hotel groups as backbone and key players. As the fastest growing country with the greatest market potential, it has long been attracting international hotel groups, such as Marriott. They often adopt the indirect form of investment named contract management to expand overseas. Due to good marketing strategy and professional management, better profitability has been achieved. Most luxury hotels in China choose the operating model of the foreign hotel group management. Foreign partner bring better achievements for hotel in China.Human resources management can have profound effect on the hotel operation successfully. HR department is playing a more and more important role. Modern hotel manager who is regardless of which Department is part of the hotel, in what kind of work, you must fully understand the theory and practice of human resources. As the hotel industry competition growing human resources is the hotel one of the most important resource, how to get the associates, and enable them to become the best staff, hotel managers, is the top priority. Although due to the implementation of human resources management policy of mature, most foreign management hotel market in the Mainland of China made a strong competitive edge, but in human resources management of the foreign hotel, actually, there were still some problems. This is referred Renaissance Hotel and its human resource management on the basis of the status quo, and based on human resource management concepts, the hotel structure, recruitment, training, performance evaluation and motivation concept. Focused on how to apply human resource theory to analyze and solve hotel problems, and illustrate intuitively the great advantages of foreign management relative of Chinese traditional management on HR management by simple examples. Make people has a more complete understanding on hotel's human resources management. Hope to cause hotel managers focus on human resources management, change Chinese domestic hotel's drawback on human resources management, and realize hotel HR competition advantages.
