An enterprise should want in the fierce competition in the strength of enterprises survival and development, must first have a hard and soft areas of strength, enterprise management enterprise soft strength representative. In the enterprise management is the most important part is the salary problem, this problem is the most sensitive issue in enterprise management. Human resources largely determines the competitiveness of enterprises, it for the enterprise development and growth to provide the necessary conditions, in order to ensure that enterprises and institutions have a competitive strength, the enterprise is necessary for the enterprise’s core task of providing objective reward and generous treatment. However, once a company employee’s salary is too large, then pay a lower portion that employees will be severely felt lopsided, give their work to bring negative effect, affect the efficiency of the production enterprises.
