The competition between the modern enterprise is ultimately a talent competition.That how to attract and retain good talent become the problem that the modern enterprise have to think. In the macro-environment of economic slowdown at home and abroad, enterprises should take advantage of the existing resources to avoid the adverse effects and seize this opportunity to adjust the internal structure, gradual improve of human resources management mode, establishment of a scientific and effective employee incentive.First, the paper combing foreign typical employee incentive theory to elaborated the concept of incentives, the role of the construction method and summarizes the revelation of this article optimization.Second,the paper introduced XY international hotel development, organizational structure, and human resource characteristics. And in-depth analysis of the problems in the existing employee incentive system,finding that there are some problems that neglecting of junior staff incentives, the incentive system being not perfect,lacking of flexibility of pay and benefits, unscientific training system. The reasons are the idea of motivate behind, inadequate investment, high staff turnover and lacking of human management ideas.Third, combining with current employee incentive system,this paper redesign existing incentive programs on optimizing the structure of pay and benefits,Improving the performance appraisal system, strengthening staff training and learning and career management.Last,the paper proposed safeguards on good incentive program evaluation and advocacy work,the transformation of the concept of employee incentive, strengthen hotels cultural construction and improving the supporting system to ensure new programs can be implemented smoothly.XY international hotel have typical representative in the industry. Facing of increasingly fierce competition in the hotel situation, XY international hotel enhance staff incentive system to improve the totel internal employee satisfaction, closely tied to the interests of employees with the hotel, enhancing The cohesion and solidarity, gradually to achieve a leading position within the industry.
