The rapid development of the knowledge-based economy of today, the remuneration for enterprises in the service industry, the company’s operating costs has become the most important part, is the primary means of human capital reserve. How to develop a scientific and rational for the development of long-term corporate strategy and pay system reached a near-term growth target, has become a problem of all enterprises need to study business management. Reasonable costs paid under the premise, concerned about the growth of key positions and key employees, motivate the hard work of the job has become the major issues that must be addressed by the ZL company, is also the core of this study.In this paper, on the basis of the current the ZL company’s remuneration system status and results of the analysis, a comprehensive pay system as the theoretical basis for systematic measures to improve the the ZL company remuneration system proposed and developed a corresponding pay system. This article begins with an overview of the the ZL company’s main business, organizational structure, development strategy, human status quo and the remuneration system of the status quo; then use comparative law analysis and questionnaire survey method to identify the existing problems in the the ZL company pay system to address these issues and external market conditions and ZL corporate strategy development requirements, the introduction of a new pay system to make it more comprehensive and suitable for the development of enterprises. To this end, the proposed new salary system and redesign of the salary structure for the company’s core departments-sales department. Secondary requirements for the implementation of this program.In this paper, a comprehensive pay system as a theoretical basis for the the ZL pay system, the new pay system design and implementation.
