With the continuously norms and healthy development of stock market, new business and new products are emerging constantly. This results to more strict of regulatory requirements, enhances of the security industry’s information level and higher requirements and demands for IT industry. While traditional IT service management cannot meet the business requirements any longer, the issue that how to improve the efficiency of the IT management and how to ensure the safety and stability of the operation system becomes the main issue of the security companies, thus IT service management research of the Century Security was contacted right under this condition.This paper stands for the point that it’s necessary and significant to improve the IT service management of the Century Security. It is based on the existing basic concept and theory of the IT service management from both home and abroad with the combination of IT service management’s nature and feature. Through the analysis of the Century Security’s internal management status and external environment, it finds out the company’s macroscopic and microcosmic problems, then launches further research about the solutions to these problems. This research contains the actual situation in operation and R&D management of the Century Security. It designs several usual internal process and management issue in the Century Security’s IT service management. And it constructs the standard and life cycle model of Century Security’s IT service management, and also designs the implementation plan using the process method, as well as plans the implementation "roadmap". It evaluates the implementation plan by using the balanced scoring method from the perspective of financial, customer, internal process, learning and innovation.This paper makes clear of IT service management’s basic concept and proves the necessity. of improving the Century Security’s IT service management. It also discusses how to solve these problems in the Century Security’s IT service management. Along with the start and going forward of the Century Security’s IT service management system, the company’s IT service management is expected to gradually form a continuous improving management model that has rules in advance and traces in process and its results can be showed and then audited afterwards. As a result, the company’s IT service management level will enter into a new level and will provide new power to ensure the information system’s efficient operation and promote the company’s business development.
