But with the air conditioning and the aggravation of the market competition, the company’s channel management has put forward higher requirements. At present, the channel management to some extent, existing problems, and the development of the company to cause a range of effects. This article will focus on gree in channel management of practical problems encountered in depth, and meticulous research, to find out the effective solutions and optimization scheme.The Gree sales channels as the research object, using the combination of theoretical and practical research method, to channel management theory as a foundation, apply systems analysis method to analyze the domestic channel. This paper starts from the concepts and types of the structure of channel, on channel conflict theory in detail, analyzes the channel conflict on channel of the impact, especially on the channel efficiency influence, caused the causes of channel conflict and channel conflict management strategy are analyzed in detail. Then introduced the Gree channel development and channel management situation, the Gree channel structure on the basis of the study, analysis of channel characteristics, analyses the causes of channel conflict the specific reasons. Later, on channel management of systems thinking, namely to establish optimal management of the range to the target, and then develop a management framework, according to the actual situation of enterprises put forward specific optimization scheme. At the end of the existing Gree channel management measures and supporting measures of assessment, demonstration of compliance with the requirements of enterprise development. Through analysing, Gree in sale link exists outstanding issue, but if the basis of the results of this study on channel management of the details of the optimization, and through the operation mechanism and channel strategy effective adjustment, for the enterprise can help the development.Through this study, hope Gree in the actual operating process can make full use of the results of this paper improve and enhance the management level of the channels. In addition, the channel management is only the sales management in a front part of channel management, through combing the process can also be found in other processes exist on management issues. Finally, I hope this paper can give other household appliances enterprise channel management can play a positive role.
