Study On The Effectiveness Of Eco-Migration On The Incomes Of Rural Householders

The ecological migrants is the migration in order to protect the ecological environment. InChina, the ecological immigration doesn’t appear until the1990s. However, due to the complexityof the ecological migration, there are some differences between the practice and the final purpose.Ecological immigration policy is an important decisions that the country decisive from thestrategy. The decision haves long-term ecological and economic benefits. This article through tothe interviewing of283farmers from the Guangxi province Huanjiang county, obtained thefirst-hand information, applying econometric analysis method, focusing on the ecologicalimmigration policy on Farmers’ assets, income effects, from farmer income increase situationevaluation of ecological immigration policy implementation effect, and put forward the ecologicalimmigration policy the process should pay attention to the aspects and related suggestions.The full paper altogether divides into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, whichanalysis the ecological immigration implementation background, domestic and internationalresearch dynamic and text research contents and methods; The second is a brief description thebasic information of the research area; The third is a field survey of farmers material as thefoundation, analyzes the basic situation of the family farmers, farm household income structure,on the ecological immigration after the livelihood of farmers income and the descriptive analysis;The fourth is measurement analysis, by constructing DID models to analyze the ecologicalimmigrant peasant household income changes before and after, and points out that the ecologicalmigration of farmers, the influence of income; The fifth is immigrant peasant household incomeanalysis of influence factors, this paper analyzes the main influence factors of farmer incomechange, the sixth chapter is the conclusion summarizes and policy suggestion.Research conclusion: the income of farmers growth is influenced by the ecological migrationdirectly. After the ecological migration, both the income of the immigrants and non-immigrantshave growth, and the immigrations growth obviously. The work income has the maximum effecton the incomes. At the part of policy proposals, the paper presented four measures including legalsystem, variety development models and the mechanism of compensation and risk resistance.
