Study On Sustainable Development Model Of Fragile Ecology Area In Western

This study analysis on the historical changing process of the productive methods and life styles of human beings’spatial structure characteristics and it’s regular pattern. Points out that the dynamic dependence and mutual influence relationship between the historical changing process of the productive methods and life styles of human beings’spatial structure characteristics and migration process of humanbings and the eco-environment evolution. Then analysis the relationship between the evolution of the spatial structure of economic activity of fragile ecology area in western and resources and environment from before liberation, after liberation and a new stage of the western development. Firt, Using an ecological footprint empirical approach concluded that the per capital EF and the per ecological capacity and the per ecological deficit of Zhouqu county are0.687408hm2and0.378249hm2and0.309159hm2.The results showed that the ecological footprint per year is bigger than the ecological capacity of Zhouqu county.Then, according to the positioning of Zhouqu County in the the national delineation of ecosystems according to their functionality and the national delineation of Subjection according to their functionality that it has an important ecological functions and shuold to Strengthen the inspection of Ecological Restoration and Protection.Based on the analysis of the above two points, Zhouqu County should exceed load Organized planned migration out。 This will change the local poor backward situation and the ecological been completely restored considering the long term interests. Therefore, this study proposes Zhouqu County’s sustainable development model-diversified ecological migration mode, including education immigration of school going population, Training immigration of labor and moving the People that live in the Geopolitical poor areas to another place. This ecological immigration is a diversified one with a full coverage of the population, and is conducive to the sustainable development of the local ecological fragile ecology area.
