Study On The Lean Supply Logistics Of Manufacturers In The Closed-loop Supply Chain

The shortage of resources and environment are escalating deteriorating. Theseissues have captured the attention of governments. In many countries, the laws andregulations that force manufacturers to remanufacture by using recycle used productsare already in works. Meanwhile, as the used products also contain a huge economicvalue, so more and more enterprises focus on remanufacturing. The positive and reverseof material flow make manufacturers in the closed-loop supply chain. The traditionalsupply logistics mode does not fit the remanufacturer’s need, developing a new set ofsupply logistics system is needed.With the intensification of enterprise’s competition day by day, the management ofenterprise is gradually from the original stage with mass production and little variety tothe discrepant stage with small quantity and much variety production. The developmentand flow of the products all build on the consumers’ demand. The idea that “whileoffering the satisfying services to the customer, lowering the waste to the minimum”began to be known by people. And it is also the goal of lean logistics. Supply logisticsas an important part of the logistics system, lean operation is the goal as well.Based on the two backgrounds, this article carries out the research on themanufacturing enterprises in closed-loop supply chain so that in the new productionenvironment, enterprises can also achieve lean supply logistics. The study is mainlysummarized in the following aspects:1) A systematic summary of closed-loop supply chain and supply logistics systems,including the key content, the model and requirements;2) Support systems of the lean supply logistics are constructed which include QCD,JIT, quality control strategy, lean culture and organization, and cooperation relationship;3) Key technologies that support the lean supply logistics operation ofmanufacturer are put forward, such as unitized logistics, value stream map;4) Finally, lean supplier management, materials procurement and inventoryoptimization strategy, transportation optimizations are given some reasonablesuggestions. Among them, materials procurement and inventory optimization strategyare focused.
