With the rapid development of economy and science and technology progress,there come out a large number of abandoned waste products in society.However,Environmental pollution and sustainable development urge people to pay attention to re-use waste materials.In recent years,economic benefits and the protection of the environment of recycling of waste products has been widely recognized in theory and in practice.More and more companies or organizations involved in the recycling of waste products and remanufactured processes to make use of the residual value of waste products through a closed-loop supply chain.In order to make full use of closed-loop supply chain on environmental protection and resource conservation,the government as the main economic supervisor provides a series of policy support,and the feasibility and effectiveness of policies needs to be further studied.In this paper,based on implementation of the Government subsidies in the remanufacturing industry,mainly for "old for new" of home appliances and the "old-for-remanufacturing" of engines policy and through the analysis of modes and forms of organization of closed-loop supply chain composed of the original equipment manufacturer(OEM),remanufacturing and logistics provider,a typical closed-loop supply chain decision-making model is built.After some subsidy policies with a wide range of applications is introduced in the world,and relevant policies in our country is analyzed,closed-loop supply chain is studied composed of the original equipment manufacturer(OEM),remanufacturers and logistics providers existed in Chinese market based on Stackelberg game model;first by using reverse inductive method for solving the equilibrium decision-making of game theory,mathematical derivation of members equilibrium decision-making of the closed-loop supply chain is done;then the policy inffluence on the equilibrium service level and level of logistics(range)are discussed,and different subsidies efficiency in improving the equilibrium level of logistics(range)and service level through numerical simulation are compared;and finally based on the results of the previous studies,measures to achieve the specific purpose are proposed to develop and implement policy more efficient.
