Coordination Mechanism For Closed-loop Supply Chain In The Condition Of Electronic Commerce

In recent years, the rapid development of the world economy has greatlyinfluenced the ecological environment, people pay more attention on environmentalprotection,So environmental protection increasingly become one of the themes ofcommon concern on international community. Facing the increasingly environmentalpollution and resource consumption problems, more and more scholars and politiciansbegan to think about how to balance the relationship between economic developmentand the environment and resources; And also gradually realize that they can solve theshortage of resources and environmental problems through the recycling resource. Nowmany countries regulations that manufacturers must be responsible for the recycling ofwaste products, At the same time many foreign enterprise already began to take thewaste product recycling as an effective way to reduce cost. But these changes is helplessonly rely on local small enterprise, and must rely on the joint efforts of the main body ofthe entire Supply chain, including coordination and cooperation between productrecycling business and the reproduction contractor, this requires traditional supply chainintegration with the reverse Supply chain, So Closed loop Supply chain (Closed-loopSupply chain, CLSC) is produced.This paper study the closed-loop supply chain pricing strategy and the profitcoordination among the participate subjects by using the game theory in the electroniccommerce mode. The article is divided into two parts for discussion:First, Through compare the centralized decision with the decentralized decision indifferent situation on the traditional sales channel, and analyzes several differentrecovery mode, thus found: the centralized decision can get more overall profits than thedecentralized decision, and the efficiency of the system of the centralized decisionimproving faster than the decentralized decision. But the model take the recovery effortαfor analysis instead of considering the relationship between the collection price rand the recovery rate.Then, Considering the electronic commerce environment, due to the defects of thetraditional closed loop supply chain, establishing the relationship between the collectionprice and the recovery rate in the electronic commerce. Using the game theory,establishing the channel conflict by using the game model, according to analyse the pricing policy in the different recovery modes, compare the centralized decision withthe decentralized decision, we can get a conclusion: As a leader of the supply chain, thecore enterprise should as far as possible to establishing the close cooperation with thosenode enterprise of the supply chain. Through the joint effort by all of the members,reducing returns product recovery cost and improving the recovery, and improving theprofit of the various members of the closed-loop supply chain and the overallclosed-loop supply chain. In short cooperation can increase the profit and realize thewin-win situation.Finally, this paper brings forward some closed loop of the construction of thesupply chain coordination mechanism, the method of closed-loop supply chain canguide to reduce costs and improve the competition advantage, and it has more practicalmeaning on the development of the closed-loop supply chain.
