| With the income of rural residents increasing,the potential and actual consumer demand willalso rise and the rural market has become a market with broad prospects. For the TV enterprises,to seize and expand the rural market will give new vitality to them. Therefore, the rural marketwill become the focus of competition. Rural consumer satisfaction will cause great concern ofenterprises. In fact the customer satisfaction not only reflect the customer’ satisfaction to thecompany but also has the alarming function in wide extent for the operations and marketing ofenterprise,and even more and more distinctness. However, there are fewer studies of earlywarning on the consumer satisfaction in rural areas.Based on the theories of customer satisfaction, marketing management and early warningresearch, we use the principles and methods of early warning in the customer satisfactionmanagement of color TV in rural areas. This article has the comprehensive research on thedesign and methods for index system, determination of the weight, questionnaire design andso on,and it proposes the evaluation and analysis method for the early warning of colorTV consumer satisfaction index in the rural areas. It has given the research and narrationfor the operation of rural consumer satisfaction index warning, the division for early warning line,warning signal design and the construction of early warning countermeasure. That makes theearly warning process of TV customer satisfaction in rural areas more systematic. Through theanalysis of the258valid questionnaires for TCL TV, it gets the early warning state for the ruralconsumer satisfaction index of TCL TV and puts forward control countermeasures that willprovide the basis for business decision-makers to develop effective marketing strategies. |
