Traditional management models have been unable to adapt to the development needs of the modern enterprise in the information age. Information management is increasingly becoming the protagonist in the sales, production, purchase, and after sale fields of the enterprises. Using ERP management has become the primary means for the enterprises information management.This article starts with the research of sales demand forecasting model, analyzing the present various forecasting methods by contrast, and choosing the smoothness index method as sales forecasting methods at last. It also utilizes the calculation function of EXCEL to determine the Smoothing Coefficient a by choosing the minimum sum of squared residual. Due to the existence of inaccuracy between predicted value and actual value, the article provides a variable adjustment coefficient β to adjust the differences between the theoretical predicted values and the actual required values, which can amend the sales demand forecasting model.After the data of the predicted sales has been received, the next step is to have an essential optimization analysis on the production scores and lots of the production line according to the factors such as integrated predicted data, customer actual order, safety stock, etc. Then carry out a prepared arrangement of production plan through the ERP system (the ERP system that independently developed and utilized by CNHTC is named TRP3000) and produce an independent plan of loading auxiliary products resource; at the same time, using the MRP subsystem operation to get the preparation of the loading auxiliary products resource. After the resource is prepared, the products can get a formal scheduling. That is to say, with the help of production plans, building associations between sales forecast and production scheduling, guiding the sales demands into the production system, correctly analyzing the scheduling production amounts needed in the process of production, and then establish the production scheduling.The paper targets at the maximum profits and uses the existing linear programming and constraint theory to optimize the production scores and lots, so as to find out the optimal combination of production plans. This paper presents the examples to introduce the process of how the sales order becomes machine assembly planned order through the TRP3000system, and then complete the production and meet the need of sales. At the same time, the paper combines the vehicle production characteristics of Jinan TC Company, putting forward some ideas on the direction of improvement and optimization on the balanced production. |
