The deployment of "family planning" in counties makes family smaller so that increases children’s pension responsibility. Elderly have no income when they are not capable to work in the farm. Their children support them. To reduce the burden of their children, they usually save a lot and live in poverty. That’s why the aim for solving the pension problem in counties is to solve the economic income of elderly.The only resource that can be used for most elderly is territory, government levies their lands and used by their native people, then the income is given to elderly. In this case, elderly has double income—income from their children and the income from their sold lands. By doing this, it’s not only reduced the burden of their family, but also makes elderly economy independent.Based on the above ideas, this essay focus on finding a way that can solve the pension problem in counties in the situation that won’t change the current pension style. Recycling orderly’s land is the most available solution that won’t increase the burden for government, This can be conclude as solving pension problem for elderly in counties by children pension and recycling their lands then managed by others.
