Since the time of information age,e-HR arises at the historic moment,which promotes thehuman resources management in administrative affiairs management to strategic humanresources management transformation and greatly improve enterprise human resourcesmanagement technologe content and work efficiency to achieve the purpose of the enterprisemanagement innovation concept.e-HR is a new model of human resourcesmanagement,which is the only way of ascension and change in human resourcesmanagement.Along with the computer network developed,e-commerce unprecedenteddevelopment,the competition between the enterprises have gradually turned to the visiblefrom the market network,and the corresponding enterprise management also went into theorbit informatization.Now more and more enterprises implement information managementand the ERP systems,and the integration of the resources required in ERP,human resources isundoubtedly the most one,which is becoming more and more important.ERP system(Enterprise Resources Planning)based on information technologe andadvanced systematic strategic management ideas,provides decision means of operationmanagement platform for enterprise management team and staff.SAP-ERP is the product ofthe German SAP company,which is the integration of the management philosophy andbusiness process,basic data,computer hardware and software.Now, among the top more than80percent of the companies use SAP,90percent of china’s state-owned and privateenterprises use SAP. The implementation of advanced ERP system is the effective method offully promoting enterprise’s,management level and enhancing the core competitiveness.This study is based on the case of A company,in the view of human resourcesimplementation and management,analysing the human resources strategic managementthought of the SAP-HR system so as to prove that the SAP-HR system is the informationmethod and important means of building human resources strategic management. From theanalysis of A company before,then implent SAP-HR system,to the effect evaluation afterimplementation,we made detailed analysis for logical architecture.Finally,use KSF analysismethod to analyze the key success factors of the SAP-HR system,the problems should bepaid attention to,as well as the scientific conception of the human resource management.
