With the development of the information technology industry,the emergence of the mobile Internet and increasing customer demand,the new business model with the wide application of Internet technology continue to emerge.This model is mainly reflected by integrating or penetrating in Internet and traditional business,production and consumption models,for example,derived many new forms such as networking,cloud computing and big data.Most of these forms are following the birth of small and medium enterprises-large part of them are software enterprises.Guizhou regard big data as an important strategy for economic growth and this is a good opportunity for many small and medium-sized software enterprises like LCXY company.On the other hand,they have to face the challenges from well-known software enterprises all over the world.LCXY company is a common software enterprises in Guizhou Province.In order to adapt to the development of big data market demand and development opportunities in Guizhou Province,it is currently facing some enterprise development problems of how to make a scientific human resource strategy and how to recruitment,management,make use of and training personnel.According to the actual situation of LCXY company and fully consider the enterprise confusion that facing the development of new form of human resources,using the analysis method of PEST and investigation interview method to research the internal and external environment of LCXY company,the study find the human resource strategy problems of LCXY company,at the same time,this article made a human resource strategy witch one would adapt to the development of LCXY company in 5 years.Through researching the human resources supply and demand forecasting and supply and demand balance etc.,the study constructed a human resources strategic planning of LCXY company for five years on optimizing organizational structure,recruiting workers,performance management,salary management,training staff,career development,cultural construction,and the implementation steps,evaluation methods,safeguard measures had put forward.The human resource strategy will have made LCXY company gotten new competitive advantage,and it has reference value for other enterprises in Guizhou Province.
