Abstract/Summary:
Chain is a large agricultural nation. The agriculture has a bearing on nation economy and people’s livelihood. But in recent years, the development of agriculture has encountered obstacles. One of the important reasons is that agricultural products could not circulate freely. So the research of agricultural products supply chain is increasing, and has become a hot topic in academic area. This paper mainly studies the profit allocation problem in agricultural products supply chain. The purpose of members participating in agricultural products supply chain is to obtain competitive advantage and make the profit maximization. Members should not only realize the maximization of total profit of agricultural products supply chain, but also achieve more profits when it joins in agricultural products supply chain than when it goes it alone. Therefore, in the agricultural products supply chain, how to make fair, impartial, rational assignment of the total profit of agricultural products supply chain is very important. From the above objectives, this paper considers the attrition rate of agricultural products, and then constructs the two-stage and three-stage agricultural products supply chain of agricultural producers holding a leading role respectively, analyses the necessity of agricultural products supply chain members’cooperation, the result shows that every member can make agricultural products supply chain profit maximization through cooperation. Then a parameter---profit distribution coefficient θ will be introduced in the model. By the game theory of Stackelberg model, the profit of every member and the entire agricultural products supply chain are solved. This paper discusses the effect of profit distribution factor. The result shows that in the case of every member’s cooperation, the total profit of agricultural products supply chain is maximized. The profit of the core enterprise is better than it is not cooperative, and the profits of the core enterprise and entire agricultural products supply chain grow with the growing profit distribution coefficient. But the non-core enterprise’s profit is increasing first and then decreasing gradually. It even will be reduced to less than when it is uncooperative. And then it uses Shapley value to divide the profit. Finally, the validity of the profit distribution model of agricultural products supply chain is testified through an example.
