Modern agricultural park is an important carrier and path that through the science andtechnology development, demonstration, radiation,promotion,and other means,aiming topromote regional agricultural industrial structure adjustment and industrial optimization andupgrading of industries, playing the exemplary role of changing agricultural developmentfrom traditional agriculture to modern agriculture and exploring the traditional agriculturetowards to the modernization path of the agricultural development with high yield, highefficiency and high quality.Our country determined the sustainable development strategy as"modernization construction must implement" strategy in1997the fifteenth national congressof the CPC.ShouGuang is famous for "the Chinese vegetable village", and was appointed by theMinistry of Agriculture as one of the51first batch of state-level modern agriculturaldemonstration zone. The focal point of the park is in vegetable production, promoting thedevelopment of modern agriculture including the whole city and the surrounding area. Withthe development of economy, all aspects of the problems have been released gradually. Inorder to guarantee the park long-term development, it is necessary to take the road ofsustainable development. The full-text content is divided into five chapters, each chapter isarranged as follows：The first chapter expounds the research background, research purpose and significanceof research trends at home and abroad, research ideas and possible innovations of this paper.The second chapter displays some concept and theory of sustainable development andmodern agriculture park.The third chapter analyzes the status of modern agricultural park, Shandong. This part iswritten mainly from two aspects. One hand, the achievements of modern agriculturalpark---the industrial structure in Shouguang City is constantly optimized, the internalstructure of agriculture of the modern agricultural park is constantly optimized, leadingenterprises are gradually grown, competitiveness at the international market has improved significantly, the ability of radiation and demonstration of the parks enhance the developmentin Shouguang. The other hand, the problems of the modern agricultural park in ShouguangCity---lack of enthusiasm for production for low income level of farmers, the level ofagricultural industrialization is still low, The traditional approach results in excessive resourcedevelopment and agri-ecological environment problems have emerged.The fourth chapter analyzes sustainable development of modern agriculture park,Shouguang city, Shandong in a quantitative point of view. Comprehensive evaluation indexsystem of the sustainable development system is established in four subsystems of economy,society, resource and environment. With2004-2011’s relevant data and principal componentanalysis, we could conclude the comprehensive development index. The results show thatcomprehensive development level is rising, the contribution to the sustainable development isthe economy, environment, resource, society in proper order, and the comprehensivedevelopment indexes of environment, resource, society are all blow of the park system ofsustainable development comprehensive development level.The fifth chapter puts forward four aspects from economy, society, resources andenvironment based on previous analysis:1,increasing investment in scientific research,optimizing the industrial structure to promote the sustainable development in economy;2,increasing government support, safeguarding farmer income to promote the sustainabledevelopment in society;3,enhancing ecological protection to promote the sustainabledevelopment in environment;4,allocating resources reasonably, improving resource utilizationto promote the sustainable development in resource.
