Research On The Path Of Uban-rural Integration Of Shouguang In Shandong

The integration of urban and rural areas is a dynamic and developmental process relatedto the linkages of space，economy， society，environment between rural and urban areas,and as the ultimate goal for the coordinated development of urban and rural economic and thesustainable development of the overall social economy. Balance urban and rural economic andsocial development has become a strategic measure to solve the problem of relationshipbetween urban and rural areas in China. In this historical background, strengthen the researchon urban and rural integration development path is very necessary.Shouguang city has the comparative advantages of developing modern agriculture, and ithas now entered into a new stage of free elements flow, equal public services, ecologicalcivilization,the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. But with the continuousdevelopment of economic society, urban and rural development issues are highlighted.In orderto promote the development of urban and rural integration of Shouguang city,we should graspthe basic conditions of urban and rural integration development, and analysis the situation,andidentifie obstacles,and points out the future development direction and path of urban andrural integration. In addition to the introduction,this paper mainly includes four parts:The first part defines the relationship between urban and rural areas, the integration ofurban and rural areas and other related concepts, the basic theory of this paper is presented.The second part analyzes the integration of urban and rural areas in Shandong ShouguangCity, including the evaluation of basic condition at this development stage, status and existingproblems, which main include the unbalanced industries, the income gap of residents,the large gap of social construction, the incomplete citizenization of peasants, ecologicalenvironment problems between urban and rural areas. The third part uses the principalcomponent analysis method analyzes the development level of the integration of urban andrural areas in Shouguang, Shandong. The results show that the development level continuesto increase, but the subsystems to improve the level of urban-rural integration are different atdifferent stages, and the integration of ecological environment development contributiondegree has been relatively low. According to the conclusions of above analysis, combiningthe characteristics of Shouguang City, The fourth part puts forward the development path of the integration of urban and rural of Shouguang City, then gives the protection path to theimplementation of the policy, which including changing ideas, exerting the advantages ofurban and rural areas, making overall plans for urban and rural public services and promotingthe reform of urban management system.
