North Region Of Shaanxi Rural Financial Ecological Environment Evaluation

Finance is a leading force in economic resource allocation, it is an important role inpromoting economic and social development, and its development will be somewhat limitedbecause the area factor, in other words, finance has a strong environmental dependence. Theseenvironmental factors restricting the development of financial environment is to support aspecific area of the financial system to perform its functions, which we call the financialecological environment.This paper based on the status quo of Northern Shanxi rural financial ecologicalenvironment, through empirical research, in-depth analysis of the development of ruralfinancial ecological environment and its evaluation in Northern Shanxi, and come up withstrategies and recommendations for the improvement of the ecological environment inNorthern Shanxi financial.The research content of this paper is organized as follows:Chapter I is introduction. This section briefly the research background, significance,methods, content, innovation and inadequacies. The second chapter is overview of financialecological environment. The chapter contents the theoretical basis of the financial ecologicalenvironment and the studies reviewed in the current situation at home and abroad, anddetermine the foothold of this research. Chapter III is financial ecological environmentevaluation of the Northern Shanxi rural. This is a core part of this study, with the collectionand processing of data for statistical analysis, including factor analysis to extract the mainfactor, and extracted the main factor to establish the appropriate model, and ultimately inNorthern Shanxi rural financial ecological environment evaluation model. The same time,based on the evaluation model, the author make comparison longitudinal and lateralevaluation of rural financial ecological environment in Northern Shanxi rural. Chapter IV issuggestions to optimize rural financial ecological environment in Northern Shanxi. The part isbased on the results of previous studies and empirical analysis of the study results, theproposed government action, the construction of social credit, intermediary services toenhance the socio-economic development aspects to improve in Northern Shanxi rural financial ecological environmental recommendations. Finally are the conclusions of the studyand research outlook.The results of this study show: from2001-2011, the financial ecological environment inNorthern Shanxi rural upward trend, which means in Northern Shanxi rural financialecological environment has been improved to some extent in this period. Turning pointchange occurred in2008, and a qualitative change occurred in2010, means that in NorthernShanxi rural financial ecological environment in the nature of the changes in this year.Northern Shanxi Rural financial ecological environment some improvement, but havenot yet reached self-regulation, self-optimization of the sound development of the state. Somebusiness or personal behavior contrary to the principle of good faith in credit activities stilloccur. Excessive government intervention in financial activities, social credit system isimperfect, are constraining factor in the development of rural financial ecologicalenvironment in Northern Shanxi rural, therefore, the author thinks that the economic activityfrom the allocation of financial resources, government action, the operation of the financialsector and credit system the establishment of rural financial ecological environment inNorthern optimization.
