This thesis uses of modern quality management theory to do an analysis and feasibilitystudies, analysis the quality issues root cause, Bass on the current products quality situationand industry quality requirements and total quality management, we need to focus on newproduct quality management, using various quality management tools, such as DFMEA,PFMEA, MSA, SPC, to ensure that materials qualification, product design is safe and passedafter test, process technology capabilities to meet the requirements.Result of this thesis show that H company needs to pay attention to set up a newproduct quality control system in the process of development new production, it includes newproduct design process quality control, new product trial test process quality control, newproduct performance reliability verification control, new product trial evaluation summarycontrol.
