Survival and development of enterprises is the ultimate aim of all acts of the enterprise.With China’s entry into the economies in transition, the external environment has becomeincreasingly dynamic and complex, rapid development and dynamic capabilities that arealready rich. This article based on dynamic capacity of views, pursuant to politicalrelationship, and internal social capital and enterprise performance theory of latest researchresults, building a political relationship, and internal social capital, and dynamic capacity andenterprise performance mutual effects theory model and made related assumptions, while toPearl River Delta of166home private enterprise for samples, used questionnaire investigation,and statistics and structure equation model (SEM) analysis method, on theory model andassumptions for test and amendment, concluded that has is as follows main conclusions:(1) for an internal political relations of social capital has a significant positive effect,namely, political relations were to influence internal and external environment, promotion ofintra-enterprise social capital (structure dimensions, dimension, cognitive dimensions)management and use.(2) the political ties between the dynamic capability (coordination ofintegration, restructuring in transition capacity) has a significant positive effect, fullmobilization of human and material resources required for enterprise development, theseresources after Enterprise dynamic applications, significant contribution to enterpriseperformance improvement.(3) political relations have no direct positive impact on corporateperformance, in line with part of academic research findings on enterprise performance, butthrough the model validates another part of scholars views, is political relationships canindirectly affect corporate performance, this model is the mediator of internal social capital anddynamic capabilities.(4) internal social capital has a significant direct positive effect ofdynamic capability.(5) the dynamic ability to have a positive effect on enterprise performance.Dynamic coordinated integration of capacity and restructuring in transition capability enablesenterprises to better adapt to the external environment, accelerated the process of corporate selflearning, self optimizing, from quantitative to qualitative change and, ultimately, improve theperformance of enterprises.This political relations, internal social capital for the first time, dynamic capabilities and business performance of the four variables in trying to consolidate into a theoretical model.
