An Empirical Study On The Entrepreneurial Orientation、Dynamic Capabilities And Performance

Entrepreneurial Dynamic capability is not only related to the enterprise to seize themarket opportunities, especially in relation to the enterprise’s survival and long-termdevelopment issues. So, in reality, innovative enterprises through the enhancement ofdynamic capability and improve the enterprise performance to become the key ofenterprise development and expansion. But from the current situation, frequentbusiness activities does not indicate that the enterprise will succeed, that doesn’t meanthat the enterprise has stronger entrepreneurial activity. Enterprises to break throughthe cage to imitate, innovative ways to save the enterprise "short life" state,innovative enterprise by enhancing dynamic capabilities to improve enterpriseperformance has become a panacea for the development of enterprise.Based on the domestic and foreign research results, the empirical study on therelationship of entrepreneurial orientation, dynamic capabilities and enterpriseperformance. The purpose and significance of the study lies in: in theory, byintroducing the dynamic capability of the intermediate variable to give anentrepreneurial orientation of new framework of enterprise performance, problem forthe impact of entrepreneurial orientation mechanism of enterprise performance andopen up new ideas; in the aspect of application research, for the enterprise how tothrough the entrepreneurial orientation to improve enterprise performance, enhancecompetitiveness are significance of practical guidance.Through the analysis of the whole thesis, this paper forms the following conclusions:(1) the entrepreneurial orientation has positive effect on firm performance, and theeffects of advanced action on enterprise performance more.(2) dynamic capabilities have positive effect on enterprise performance, and theability to influence on the performance of enterprises more.(3) the entrepreneurial orientation has positive effect on dynamic capability, and theeffects of advanced action of dynamic capability more. (4) the entrepreneurial orientation by enhancing dynamic capabilities to improvebusiness performance.
