Empirical Research On The Relationship Among Entrepreneurial Orientation, Dynamic Capabilities And Enterprise Performance

Entrepreneurial enterprises how to shape and maintain its dynamic capability is not only related to the enterprises can seize the opportunity in the uncertainty in the environment, it is related to the enterprise survival and sustainable development of the strategic issues. Therefore, in the current market environment is dynamic, innovative enterprises to strengthen the training capacity and improve the dynamic performance has become the priority among priorities the development and expansion of enterprises. But the reality show, new venture entrepreneurial activity can not bring vitality to the enterprise development better, not all of the entrepreneurial activity can be successful. Entrepreneurial enterprises want to develop and grow to be successful, must abandon by imitation through the development of copy, take the innovative way to shape and enhance its dynamic capabilities so as to improve the enterprise’s performance has become a medicine enterprises can be based on the current high strength competition market.Based on the theory at home and abroad, the empirical results, using empirical research methods to study the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, dynamic capabilities and enterprise performance of the three. Objective and significance of this paper has two parts:theoretical research and applied research in the theoretical level, the dynamic capabilities into the influence mechanism to the entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance, the new framework gives a new entrepreneurial orientation, dynamic capabilities and enterprise performance, proposes a new way of research on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and for dynamic capabilities; at the application level, for the business enterprise how to enhance the dynamic capabilities to improve business performance to provide realistic guiding significance.This research will be the small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanxi Province as the sample, through the questionnaire survey, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypothesis. By using SPSS18software, each data were collected for testing, reliability using Cronbach’alpha coefficient and item-general correlation coefficient (CITC), validity using factor analysis, sphericity test using KMO measurement and Bartlett, results show good reliability, validity. Through testing the reliability and validity, this study further made correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data. The results obtained the following conclusions: (1) the entrepreneurial orientation has significant positive effect on enterprise performance, the effects of advanced action on enterprise performance maximum.(2) the dynamic capability has significant positive effect on enterprise performance, the ability to obtain the maximum of enterprise performance.(3) the entrepreneurial orientation have significant positive effect on dynamic capability, the effects of advanced action on enterprise performance maximum.
