The Relationship Between Enterprise Dynamic Capabilities And Performance

Acquiring sustainable competitive advantage, the pursuit of every enterprise, is the premise to improve business performance. In the current competitive environment, the core competence cannot bring enterprise long-term sustainable competitiveness as before. It even may cause core rigidity. Under the ultra competition environment, Dynamic capabilities and corporate entrepreneurship, which is put forward to help enterprises to obtain and maintain sustainable competitive advantages, have got more and more scholars, concerns. The former is the source of enterprise to obtain sustainable competitive advantages The latter is a form of enterprise to achieve competitive advantage. They both improve the performance of the enterprise. And there must be something in common between them. However, what is the relationship between them, and what kind of role is there among them and the performance. Based on the literature review and summary, I found little discussion about these problems.In order to enrich the content theory and guide the management practice, the paper will use theoretical analysis and empirical research, aimed at to explore the interaction among the dynamic capability, corporate entrepreneurship and the enterprise performance. This paper analyzes existing scholar’s theory and the summary, firstly. And then, the paper combs the relationship and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis. On this basis, this article also has carried on the field questionnaire investigation and study, using the spss17.0for factor analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis, based on the150valid questionnaires. The conclusions are as follows:Dynamic capabilities have a positive impact on company business. The enterprise dynamic ability stronger, the more can promote the enterprise company of entrepreneurship. Both Dynamic capabilities and corporate entrepreneurship can promote the business performance. Corporate entrepreneurship plays a part Intermediary role.Finally, the article also discussed the progress of theoretical research, practical significance, the shortages of this paper and the future research direction.
