This paper through to E company project management present situation analysis, theintroduction of the concept of project management maturity model, and points out that theproject management maturity evaluation more suitable for with project as the leading Ecompany project management ability evaluation.Through the project management maturity model of comparative study, the paper putsforward the E company project management maturity assessment is used on how does OPM3fit model, reference project management maturity assessment in other industry application toE company project management ten big knowledge areas and organization operation potentialfor one class index, then according to each in one class index attention to one class index forsegmentation, the establishment of secondary index.
