This paper through to E company project management present situation analysis, theintroduction of the concept of project management maturity model, and points out that theproject management maturity evaluation more suitable for with project as the leading Ecompany project management ability evaluation.Through the project management maturity model of comparative study, the paper putsforward the E company project management maturity assessment is used on how does OPM3fit model, reference project management maturity assessment in other industry application toE company project management ten big knowledge areas and organization operation potentialfor one class index, then according to each in one class index attention to one class index forsegmentation, the establishment of secondary index. Screening with11index is establishedfor one class index, with61index as secondary indexes, four stages of development of thethree levels of project management maturity evaluation index system.According to the situation of E company project management established projectmanagement maturity evaluation system, and to each index score, determining weight methodand comprehensive evaluation methods are discussed. Introducing analytic hierarchy processto determine the weight of secondary indexes, we introduce the value analysis evaluationmethod and the cask theory to E company project management maturity assessment, to Ecompany project management maturity assessment laid the foundation.According to the results of this research, using the method of questionnaire, the Ecompany project management evaluation. From the evaluation result, value analytic method Ecompany project management maturity level in level3, with the barrel theory that E companyproject management maturity level in the secondary.
