| Power Transmission Project Assessment has great significance of assessing the actual state after engineering operations, providing guidance and accumulated experience of Investment, construction, renovation and operation, promoting the feasibility of project research and objective fairness of the former assessment, conducive to improving the level of scientific management in the future operation project, improving investment decisions and investment returns.The most important point of evaluation of Power transmission project is establishing the evaluation index system and choosing the evaluation method. According to the theoretical basis and methods of project post-evaluation, the contents of the transmission project is divided into four parts, including post-evaluation of implementation process, economic Assessment, environmental impact assessment and evaluation of sustainable development. And on this basis of the assessment, we introduce a decisive factor to amendment these four indicators to build the overall Assessment index system of Power transmission project. After that, the general idea of comprehensive evaluation is involved to evaluate the power transmission project. Analytic hierarchy process is used to establish Indicators structural system,1-9 scale method is used to scale their relative importance by the authority of experts, and then the index weight is determined. On this basis, the weighted score system is used to evaluate the project, and the post-evaluation scores of reviews set is defined.In this paper, the established economic evaluation method and evaluation model provides a meaningful exploration. Economic evaluation of transmission projects is able to effectively carry out, and the assessment of investment efficiency power transmission projects is reasonable. |
