With the rapid development of productivity and science and technology,the importance of management personnel has become increasingly prominent for enterprises in the fierce market competition.Enterprises need talent,especially management personnel is more important."To the management efficiency,to the management to benefit" has become the consensus of the business community,and this has become the key to the success of enterprises.The report of 18 th CPC National Congress put forward the thought of people's interests,development e fficiency,sharing the benefits,which is regarded as the basic guiding ideology of the economic and social development.The thought provides guidelines for the development ideas of the enterprise economy and benefit of the enterprise.Under the guidance of this idea,the enterprise management take into account individual interests,corporate interests,social interests and natural interests at the same time.Therefore,under the guidance of these ideas,the study on the factors of influencing business management professional benefit will helps to prevent adverse means to pursue benefits of career,it will play a significant role in maintaining the harmony of natural environment and social,and improving the quality and efficiency of development.First,this article summarizes the research status at home and abroad from the basic concept and the influencing factors.The author also analysised and defined manager level who have been regarded as the object of study.Then,According to the difference between "performance" and "benefit",we introduce two concepts of occupational benefit and the career benefit of enterprise management.Finally,the article discusses some related ideas that include human capital theory,corporate social responsibility theory,the idea of benefit and multiple management thoughts.These lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis o f the factors affecting the occupational benefit of enterprise management.Secondly,according to related ideas and the main meaning of enterprise management professional benefit,we analysis the factors affecting the occupational benefit of enterprise mana gement from multi angle by using multiple management ideas,and providing reference for selecting the influencing factors.Then,by consulting experts and the initial questionnaire test,and ultimately forming specific indicators.Thirdly,the paper makes a formal investigation and Study on the influencing factors,and selects the company managers to evaluate the factors according to the five scale.Using SPSS20.0 software,carry out descriptive statistical analysis on the evaluation results,comparing the mean scores of various factors in the results of data.Then,taking exploratory factor analysis for the seven dimensions,and finding out common factor.At last,the Cronbach's Alpha test method is used to test the internal consistency of the common factor.Finally,conducting the empirical study in C hina-Allah fertilizer Co,Ltd that be located in Q inghuangdao.Practicing and testing the theoretical methods,Through assessing the impact of factors from the management of the company,knowing about the professional benefits of enterprise management in enterprise.Through the theoretical and empirical research,elaborating enlightenment and suggestion about enhancing the professional benefits of enterprise management.Finally,the conclusions and limitations of the study are summarized,and the future prospects are given.
