Schedule Management In Chengdu Liquid ASU Project

With the quickly business development of Kebo Gas Company in China, a benchmark project will be set up in Chengdu. And one effective schedule management system is key point for this benchmark project. This paper discussed how to set up WBS&CBS in this project, how to estimate duration and define the key logic. Finally, project team utilizes the software to compile the network and optimize the schedule.After the benchmark schedule set up, this paper focus on how to set up the effective project execute system, conduct the schedule compile&optimize&interface coordinate&update in order to achieve the project target successfully.
