This article does the research to the installation and trial run stage of disposable hygiene products production line.Disposable hygiene products production line is big machine and have many accessory part.Before Disposable hygiene products production line is sent to the buyer's factory,it has been decomposed after installation & debugging.Then the machine will be recomposed in buyer's factory again.Due to the multi-stage process,complex debugging and each company has its own standard and method to debug the machine.How to compose and install the machine during less time is the key problem to each company.HF project is one of the most important project of company A.HF project is started from Apr.14 2016 to May 20 2016.During this period,Disposable hygiene products production line has been setup into factory and debugged until to the complete of Zero batch.At first,the problem of the project's control has been introduced by the atrical.Through use progress control theory,do the WBS of this project,then analyze the logical relationship of each work,estimate the work time of each work,and the responsibility of each department.This article use the Gantt chart and Critical Path Method,critical chain path method to clear logical relationship between each working procedure and find the bottleneck resource of the project,set the critical chain and set the cushion of the project.At the same time do the work at parallel time so as to raise the resource utilization so as to complete the work in the shortest time.Then trough the progress control theory,use the daily report,monthly report and so on to control the project so as to complete the project as fast as possible.In the end of the article,project quality and project risk has been introduced briefly,because it's closely related to the project control.This article combined the theory and does the research to the installation and trial run stage of disposable hygiene products production line,it will has reference value of project progress management to this industry.
