Taking H Company in communication industry as the research object, this research analyzes and summarizes the reasons of high dropout rate of young engineers. The standard lean method was used in the case research, analyzing problem—redeveloping process—making plan—following up result. This thesis try to find a way to lower the turnover rate by the way of improving management process and work accuracy in HR department.According to the figures collected from HR department, the total turnover rate of employees in H Company is lower than the average level of communication industry but the turnover rate of engineers is higher than20%. In addition, The results of data analysis shows that the turnover rate of young engineers at the age of20to35which is the main research object in this thesis is at the highest level. The questionnaires try to explore the underlying reasons of employee’s turnover from four fields include job satisfaction organizational commitment individual characteristics and impossibility to find a new job. Lean thinking were used in whole thesis which finds wasting problems in HR department in H company and also discusses the process of lowing employee’s turnover rate. Lean thinking is rare used in human resource management field so this thesis is only a kind of exploratory study and just mean to offer a new method to keep talents in private enterprises. |
