Along with the development of China's financial industry,the four major state-owned banks' s monopoly situation is totally broken.Meanwhile,the city commercial banks and foreign banks are expanding quickly,which continuously attracting more and more financial talents of the state-owned banks with flexible management policy.In this situation,S branch is facing grave problems of the Young Employee turnover,the situation of human resource is becoming more and more passive.As a matter of fact,along with the social progerss,the high wastage rate of the young employees is inevitable to a certain extent,but as a knowledge-intensive enterprise which represents speciality and creativity,The loss of brain drain in S branch causes the loss of customer resources and professional skills,which is being harmful to the sustainable developmet of the company and causing huge losses.Therefore,how to introduce and retain qualified employee is surely a meaningful project,and the solution of this problem is not only meaningful for S branch,but also affords lessons and new ideas for the other banks to solve similar problems.This thesis studied the condition of Young Employee Turnover in S branch of Agricultural Bank of China,by means of case study,firstly introduced the characteristics of bank human resources,including the characteristics of the industry and the characteristics of human resources,then discussed the turnover of young employees in S branch,by analyzing the cause of turnover,revealing the current problems of S branch,mainly including the situation of S branch,the turnover and the reasons of young employees in S branch.Finally,based on reality,propose suggestions from the aspects of salary management,business culture,and the mechanism of promotion and excitation.
