Along with our country economy level of continued ascension, talent and knowledge resources in the development of the society as a whole occupies a more and more important role. Talent and knowledge resources has gradually become the decision enterprise whether can be the key factor for obtaining the competition advantage of the market, hiring and retaining and cultivating knowledge-based talents is an important link of the enterprise human resources management, and that the link between each link closely. Turnover is final effect is the direct embodiment of enterprise human resources management, if the turnover rate is higher that the use of human resource management mode still exists bigger defects, these talents management deficiency can lead to serious economic loss, even a threat to the enterprise to achieve the goals of social and economic benefits finally. Sufficient labor in our country at present stage, the employee turnover problem of great hidden ingredients, and therefore did not get the related workers.In this paper, human resource management and enterprise development theories based on, take XH company as the research object, in the analysis of XH company’s development and human resources on the basis of the status quo, in-depth study of the high turnover rate turnover status and influence on the development of the company staff of XH company; analyzes XH company turnover cost; comprehensive analysis of the social factors, the turnover the effect of XH company employee individual factors and the enterprise factors, and the existence of XH company human resources management system, based on the analysis in the above aspects, developed to improve human resource management level of XH company, reduce staff turnover rate of feasible solutions and policy.The research results of this paper have some reference value for the human resource management of private enterprises in china.
