Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic development, more and more intense competition among enterprises. There are many inadequacies in enterprise production and operation management for H Company, was established not long, for example, the delivery time is too long, the production equipment and resource utilization efficiency is not high, low inventory turns, there are serious quality problems, scrap rate. The main reason for these problems is H still taken in large quantities, a single species driven mode of production, increase H company competitiveness problems and deficiencies that currently exist in this regard, in order to change the H Company, it is necessary to change the current mode of production, the implementation of lean production methods.The biggest feature is the lean manufacturing to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and the implementation of small-volume, multi-species-pull mode of production, lean production, not only can reduce the production costs of enterprises, but also to meet the diverse needs of the market. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of H Company H’s own market competitiveness, H take lean production, total quality management, stimulating production and other measures to solve the current problems encountered.The effect of the implementation of lean production methods from H Company, has been a significant improvement in production efficiency, inventory turns, product quality and delivery time. Of course, while that progress, there are still some new problems, this article will analyze the reasons for these problems and made recommendations for further improvement.
