The relationship of work stress and work performance is always one of the research topics of the management principle. The theory of work stress and work performance was founded with the deeper and deeper research of work stress. This theory was beginning from half century in abroad and already had a well principle system of knowledge. But in China, the research of work stress and work performance was still in a testing and searching’s junior status, Work stress was become one of hot research topics of the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management in China. From the research, we can find that the suitable work stress is helpful to enterprise to increase their work performance, but the lasting and overload’s work stress will do harmful to the staff’s body and their enthusiasm. It will also decrease work performance of enterprise. So it is important that we need research actively to find the correct work stress range to keep the best work performance and choose the reasonable strategy to let all staff meet and keep this well work stress range.D company is a famous transnational enterprise in China. The company’s work performance is always not well. This article uses the previous research of work stress and use the way of comparative analysis to summary the relation between work stress and work performance of D company’s staffs. Finally gives out some reasonable suggestion to let the D company’s staff could always keep best work performance with the way to control the work stress.
