Work stress has always been a social focus, which is also a hot academic research. The research concerning work pressure is pretty much abundant, but also forms many mature theories of pressure.As the research moves along,the scholars are no longer confined to the negative aspects of stress, but shift the perspective to the study of positive aspects of stress gradually. Types of sources of work stress are the focus. This study is to evaluate the work performance as guidance, to explore the work stress that how to influence employee work performance.Previous researches generally study types of sources of work stress from the general environment, the influence of the individual or the subject. Making the existed documents for reference, this article is divided into sources of challenge stressor and hindrance stressor in property.The study also found an interesting phenomenon, even in the same situation, the staff performance is not the same. Therefore, in order to much accurately explain work stress that how to influence staff performance, this study introduces the regulatory focus theory in the field of psychology.On the individual stress perception and results, personalities between promotion focus and prevention focus in adjust focus are different. Previous researches study from the perspectives of context theory to explore the mechanism of effects of work stress on work performance, and this study integrates the situational factors and employees, this paper discusses the factors how to work together on the employees’work performance.This study first reviews the related reference, and searches on the Internet to collect a lot of information about the staff that how to cope with work stress strategies associated with the result, then selects the part of the enterprise staff to conduct in-depth interviews, and finally constructs the research model and proposes the corresponding research hypothesis.In order to get scientific validation of the presented research hypothesis, this research, through the way of internet-based questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, has collected145valid samples to validate assumptions in this paper.Data results show that:(1) the work stress has significant influence on learning motivation:challenge stressor has a significantly positive influence on learning motivation, the learning motivation that enhanced with the increase of challenge stressor;Hindrance stressor has a observably negative influence on learning motivation.the learning motivation that weakened with the increase of hindrance stressor.(2) the learning motivation mediate effects on work performance of challenge stressor and hindrance stressor respectively.(3) Interaction between promotion focus and challenge stressor has a significant influence on learning motivation. When promotion focus is high, challenge stressor has a positive significant influence on learning motivation. When promotion focus is low, influence is not significant.(4) Interaction between prevention focus and hindrance stressor have significant influence on learning motivation. When prevention focus is high, hindrance stressor has negative significant influence on learning motivation. When prevention focus is low, the effect is not significant.Finally this study and research comes to a conclusion from three aspects: challenge stressor management, hindrance stressor management and individuation staff management on different types of focus. It conducts special suggestions on stress management and intervention. The shortcomings such as insufficient samples are proposed, and a future study is prospected.
