Research On Construction Of Knowledge Management System:the Case Of KeTeng Company

As the society competition is increasing currently, knowledge management had become the necessary condition of the success for both personal and the company. With the knowledge passing through each person, the importance of knowledge management appears to the surface. Guangzhou KeTeng Company offers the modern information service and software products, pays attention to the accumulated experience of the staffs. According to the innovation and development of information technology, the greater learning and accumulation of knowledge are needed. Our staffs upgrade the skills and work efficiency by sharing their knowledge, and it makes the company a better economic benefits.This research is carried out by combining with the actual situation of the company and the knowledge management theory, analysis and summary the cases from the implementation of enterprise knowledge management system in Guangzhou KeTeng Company. Further, collecting the data of perceptions and willingness of knowledge management from the staffs by questionnaire survey, and put forward the construction of enterprise knowledge management system data research and analysis. Using random sampling to investigate,86valid questionnaires were collected, the effective rate of the questionnaire was92.5%from the total of93questionnaires.This research is taking fully into account the actual situation of Guangzhou KeTeng Company, maximizing the use of existing resources to build the enterprise knowledge management system. By promoting of individual learning, establishing of learning organization, improving knowledge management supporting system, we constructed the knowledge management platform and several aspects of design scheme, in order to advance the knowledge management level of the company, and realized the purpose of knowledge sharing. Meanwhile, KIT enterprise, as a small emerging information technology company, is a representative of the knowledge management system. To study and solve the problems within are good reference and guiding of knowledge management information technology.
