Research On Chengdu Land Consolidation Potential Evaluation

The object of this article was based on the current land management in Chengdu. The work sampling method, the comprehensive analysis of induction, per capita worth of land used for construction purposes rural residential areas measure method and the urban system planning have been used to measure the potential of agricultural land and construction land of Chengdu, The results of the study show that:(1) Agricultural land consolidation scale of Chengdu is591858.67hm2and new potential arable land adds up to37481.61hm2. The scope of the potential new cultivated land are2449.34hm2,3400.49hm2, and9631.78hm2, respectively. Overall, JinTang, PengZhou, PuJiang and DaYi have more new potential arable land. At slope of0to6°, DaYi, JinTang, Dujiangyan, PengZhou, PuJiang, have more new potential arable land. When the slope was6to15°, JinTang and XinDu have more new potential arable land. But when the slope was15to25°, PuJiang, Qionglai, and PengZhou have more new potential arable land(2) In2010, the second and third Chengdu circling area (city) county status area are93349.65hm2, when deduct the area that not participate in rural construction land consolidation, it is23412.35hm. The rural construction land consolidation potential total scale is expected to60548.82hm2. But the land area of60548.82hm2rural residential areas, saving construction land41948.32hm. The city centre rural construction land consolidation was potential for the3122.20hm2, saving potential of land used for construction purposes for2868.88hm2. By2020, the rural construction land consolidation potential total and saving construction land will be63671.03hm2and44817.20hm2, respectively. Among the rest, the rural construction land consolidation potential and the construction land scale in JinTang, Pengzhou, Chongzhou have more index.(3) Comprehensive consideration of the natural and social economy, and other factors, and Chengdu each area (city) county new potential arable land scale, the construction land consolidation potential scale, combined with the slope, finishing scale, and concludes that the agricultural land consolidation and construction land consolidation of Chengdu potential area clustering group of comprehensive evaluation value level. The agricultural land consolidation potential and construction land consolidation potential is divided into5levels. To area (city) county as a unit, in the city of Chengdu city divided rural construction land consolidation potential level, which is located in the first level have PengZhou, Chongzhou and JinTang; Located in the second level have XinDu, DaYi, Qionglai and Dujiangyan,; Located in the third level have PuJiang and Pixian; Located in the fourth grade have Xinjin, LongQuanYi, Qingbaijiang and ShuangLiu; City center all for the fifth grade.
