Land productivity is the foundation and condition of agricultural production. It is a factor that can not be ignored to solve the contradiction between the economy population, resources and food. With the continuous growth of China’s rapid economic development and population, the pressure on land resources which human existence brings grows with each passing day. The state pays more attention to the structure of the three major industries and high-tech industry development adjustment. Pay attention to solve the contradiction between economic growth and resource and the countermeasures o improve the ecological environment.To effectively solve the regional land conflicts,to solve the needs of agricultural production and land quality worsening and so on. We should make full use of the space information technology in various regions of the land production capacity for building a database analysis and dynamic monitoring of land use situation. The production potential of land suitable evaluation platform base on GIS is thus produced. Use the stick of geographic information system in theory, aiming at the production of land resources of regional agricultural potential, provide the data basis for further studies of land resource, but also provide scientific basis for rural land system policy promotion.This study uses a geographical information system(GIS) as the analysis tool and method. Try to establish the regional differences of land productivity and the simulation model on the agro ecological zone method and mechanism of the "law basis". And then to generate various indicators of spatial distribution map. Production potentiality of cultivated land potential grade classification and analysis the potential distribution. Analysis spatial pattern of land natural productive potential and Productivity difference of agricultural region of Fujin. Finally, combined with the actual situation in the area of Fujin city and puts forward several suggestions. The main research content and achievements are as follows:(1)This paper applies the method of mixed model gradually decay, considering the light, temperature, water, soil and other natural ecological factors, to estimate the choice of three kinds of main crop land production potential. Explains the research region the actual climate condition, soil condition is more suitable for the growth of crops. The Yang Chuan Zhen output rate is the highest, the land utilization degree, higher input level; Land potential productivity of rice is close to the actual yield, output rate of close to 1 and less volatile and status of exploitation and utilization of the land is reasonable; But the land potential productivity of soybean were higher than the actual yield. Show the research on land use status failed to achieve the desired degree of region. If strengthening farmland infrastructure, construction, soil conditions, yield of soybean will have certain promotion space.
