Study On The County Economic Competitiveness Evaluation Of Liangshan State

Since the concept of the county economy, the party and the country attaches great importance to the county economic development, proposed a series of important initiatives to promote the development of county economy. In the backdrop of the scientific concept of development and new rural construction, how to improve the county economy, both urban and rural areas, contiguous development, enhance the overall competitiveness of the county economy, so that people truly happy, prosperous life is today the county economic development theme, but also the key to development of the national economy as a whole.Liangshan state, as the country’s largest Yi Minority, there are11state-level poverty-stricken counties in such difficult circumstances, in2011the total GDP has successfully exceeded100billion yuan mark. The data do not lie, but the per capita income of million yuan one hundred billion GDP behind obscure puzzle. Therefore, this study will attempt to find out the real answer to the evaluation of the county’s economic competitiveness,After evaluation research, this study summed up the competition, competitiveness of the county economic competitiveness of the basic theory of economic competitiveness at home and abroad county. Combination of growth pole theory elements on the regional competition of the theory, refer to the research of other scholars, built in Liangshan County Economic competitiveness evaluation index system. The evaluation index system combined with the actual situation of the Liangshan County Economic Development, is divided into economic strength, industrial structure, the life of the people, public services, four-level indicators, consists of14two indicators, namely GDP, per capita GDP, above-scale industrial output value, the local general budget revenue, total fixed asset investment, total exports and total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries, urban residents per capita disposable income of farmers per capita net income, total retail sales of consumer goods, the number of hospital beds, hospitals in the number of beds, high school students enrollment in primary and secondary school students in school attendance.The principal component analysis, the problems that exist in the Liangshan County Economic Development, and proposed countermeasures:to adhere to the scientific macro-development strategy, the advantage of resource development and protection and to strengthen the open and cooperative.
