| Industry of flowers&plants is called twenty-first Century" sunrise industry", with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the flowers&plants industry of our country after decades of recovery and development has already made the emerging industry with broad prospects. Wenjiang district of Chengdu has since ancient times known as "The Hometown of Flowers&Plants", and enjoys high reputation in Western Sichuan Plain and even the whole Western. In2009, with the post-earthquake reconstruction work greatly developing as well as the Chengdu constructing" World-class Modern Garden City" target and requirement, that makes the industry of flower&plants in Wenjiang rapid development in this context and formed the Western China’s largest trading center in the production of flowers&plants, flowers&plants industry in the prestigious plays a decisive role. Agricultural industry cluster is the important way to promote local economic development, it is by virtue of its powerful competitive advantage to become one of the many industry development strategy, is currently at home and abroad has become a very common phenomenon. Agricultural industrial cluster is the important direction of modern agriculture, to promote national and regional economic development has important significance.This paper combines the agricultural industry cluster with industry of flowers&plants, mainly to Wenjiang flowers industry as the object of study, firstly introduces the domestic and overseas development trends of flowers&plants industry, the research progress of the domestic and foreign agricultural industrial cluster, our country flowers&plants industry development present situation and the current situation of Chengdu flowers industry, then chooses the Wenjiang district of Chengdu as the research area and focus on introducing Wenjiang area landscaped industrial current situation, development history, selecting the methods of field investigations and interviews, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, data collect, using of area Gini coefficient method, location quotient of Wenjiang flowers industry whether formation of industry cluster by judging, after study, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Wenjiang flowers&plants ndustry has formed industrial clusters, and it is currently in the transition period from the grow—up term to maturity during, needing the government and the other efforts to promote its normal transition, promoting its development towards a better direction.(2) Wenjiang district still needs to continue to develop bigger and stronger industry of flowers&plants, taking the flowers&plants industry as one big industry of farmer’s income increase, at the same time to further enhance this industry’s content of science and technology and scientific management level, strengthening the construction of scientific research team, developing and expanding the power of science and technology.(3) The administrative departments should cooperate with other relevant units, do well the macroscopical adjusting control of industry of flowers&plants and further improve the environment, integrating limited resources, establishing a quality brand, improving the competitiveness of enterprises in Wenjiang flowers&plants, shooting brand of flowers&plants industry, to create the "The Center of Western Flowers".(4) Wenjiang flowers&plants industry’s logistics system is not perfect, as well as market infrastructure,the present situation of layout unreasonable,market transaction mode stale, circulation lacked the necessary storage, preservation, processing, transport and information services and other support functions, the flowers&plants industry needs to develop the logistics system of its own and establish a high standard of logistics market. |
