Evaluation Studies Of Synergetic Development Between K&T Based On Enterprise TI Process

Knowledge-based economy has been growing fast since it started, which makes themarket more and more competitive day by day. Since the Product Life Cycle is becomingshorter, the competition between enterprises are now focusing more and more on theirown core technology, which means TI is playing an extremely important role. Thus, howto improve the capability of ETI becomes a growing concern not only in business circlesbut also in academic circles. In recent years, many experts at home or abroad have beendoing a lot of researches on this. Most of their suggestions on how to improve thecapability of ETI are from a macroscopic angle rather than from the interior environment,such as policy, capital investment, etc. Which is almost impossible for an enterprise tochange in a short time. In this situation, these suggestions may not be easy for practicalapplication.In this thesis, the writer tries to focus on enterprise TI process, hoping to find a wayto improve the capability of ETI based on the synergetic development of K&T, with thebasic thought of improving talents’ innovation ability.
