Research On Evaluation Of The Innovation System And Construction Of The Innovation Ecosystem About Science And Technology Enterprises In Xi'an

Into the 21 st century knowledge economy era,innovation plays a more and more important role in driving economic and social development.Science and technology enterprises have become the main force to promote regional economic progress,and scientific and technological progress in countries and regions.Independent innovation and industrial upgrading play a crucial role,and the improvement of its competitive advantage depends more and more on its innovation ecosystem.Xi'an is one of the innovation center cities in our country.It is very important for Xian to coordinate the scientific and technological innovation resources,improve the innovation environment and enhance the comprehensive strength of innovation.In this paper,Xi'an science and technology enterprises as the research object,first systematically combed the relevant theory and literature review,lay a solid foundation for follow-up research.Secondly,through the on-the-spot investigation and the collection of statistical data,the general situation of innovation and the internal and external environment of Xi'an science and technology enterprises are analyzed.Thirdly,on the basis of the analysis of the innovation status of Xi'an scientific and technological enterprises,this paper constructs a scientific evaluation index system of scientific and technological enterprise innovation status and carries out comprehensive evaluation.The results show that in the process of innovation and development in Xi'an,the competitiveness of the innovation main body is in the middle and the middle level,and the system organization ability,The suitability of the innovation environment and the resilience of the system are all at the medium level.In order to further promote the innovation and development of scientific and technological enterprises in Xi'an,integrate the innovation resources,improve the system innovation environment and improve the sustainable development ability,based on the previous research,the innovative ecological system structure model of Xi'an science and technology enterprise is innovatively proposed,and the relationship between the innovation subjects,the functions and structures are included.The operation mechanism of the model is analyzed.Finally,in order to ensure the good operation of the innovation ecosystem of Xi'an scientific and technological enterprises,this paper mainly plays the leading role of the government,formulates the relevant preferential policies,exerts the subjective initiative of the enterprise,and strengthens the cooperation with the upstream and downstream institutions;the universities should put forward specific measures to the market actively and strengthen the cooperation and exchange of foreign countries.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide theoretical support for the relevant decision of Xi'an municipal government,further promote the efficient integration of scientific and technological resources in Xi'an,improve the utilization rate of scientific and technological resources,and promote technological innovation and upgrading of science and technology industry.Strengthen the ability of innovation and sustainable development,so as to enhance the comprehensive strength of innovation of science and technology enterprises in Xi'an.
