Research On Intellectual Property Industry Ecosystem Of Anhui Province

As the knowledge economy gradually replaced the traditional industrial economy,it became the dominant economic shape in the 21st century,accelerating the transformation of intellectual property achievements into actual productivity has become an important measure to provide new momentum for economic development.However,the achievement of intellectual property from laboratory to production line is a chained process involves multi-agent,multi-faceted.Every link needs strong resources support and service support.Although China currently has various policies,platforms,and related resources to promote the transformation of intellectual property achievements,the process lacks coordination,integrity,and systematicness,and it cannot produce significant results in improving the quality of economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the idea of industrialization of intellectual property and build an intellectual property industrial ecosystem that integrates resources.On the basis of combing relevant research literature at home and abroad,the article points out that both theoretical and practical research in the intellectual property industry are relatively lacking.Based on the comprehensive use of systems science theory and ecology theory to start intellectual property industry ecosystem research.First of all,by comparing the constituent elements of the intellectual property industrial system and the natural ecosystem,the elements of the intellectual property industry ecosystem can be reasonably determined,and build a four-level system model that includes the core industry layer,core technology layer,auxiliary operation layer,and industrial environment layer in accordance with the interrelationship between the elements,and explain the function and formation process of the intellectual property industry ecosystem.Then,based on the status quo of Anhui Province,follow the standards of the intellectual property industry ecosystem.The study of the status quo of Anhui's intellectual property industry ecosystem from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives reveals that its overall level is in the country's first echelon and has a good foundation for the development of the intellectual property industry.However,the intellectual property industry system is not perfect,ecological population development is uneven,the company's core innovation capacity is insufficient.Finally,based on the previous study,proposing the overall goal of the optimization of the intellectual property industry ecosystem in Anhui Province,make recommendations from the following three aspects:building an institutional system for intellectual property industry,cultivating peripheral ecological populations,and improving core enterprise innovation capabilities.At the same time,it provides policy recommendations for the coordinated development of the intellectual property industry in Anhui Province,including establishing a multi-party exchange and cooperation mechanism for the intellectual property industry,building a comprehensive and public services platform for the intellectual property industry,enhancing the demonstration role of the Innovation Center and increasing the support of intellectual property industry development policy.
