As market concentration increases and competition intensifies, thecompetitive advantage of enterprises increasingly reflects in the level offirm performance. There are many ways to increase the firm performance,but they boil down the key factor of human resources. With thedevelopment of human resources management, the study to humanresources management of domestic and international is from themicro-level to the macro level and from the individual level to firm level,and now pay attention to the role of human resources management toachieve strategic objectives of the firm, and then the human resourcesmanagement enhances to the strategic height, so the strategic humanresource management is formed. Strategic Human Resource Management throughout every aspect of the organization management, however, whatis the impact of strategic human resource management on firmperformance, which aspects does strategic human resource managementimpact firm performance on. Based on this research,raise the topic of theimpact of strategic human resource management on firm performance.Demonstarte the impact of strategic human resource management on firmperformance by the related theory discourse, then prove that strategichuman resource management can improve firm performance.The research demonstartes the mechanism of strategic humanresource management on firm performance by related theory discourseand successful implementation of strategic human resource managementto promote the firm performance both of domestic and foreignenterprises.Analysis the impact relationship,then design a evaluationsystem of strategic human resource management on firmperformance.Taking catering enterprises of Shandong Province foeexample, demonstarte the impact relationship of strategic human resourcemanagement on firm performance from quantitative aspects and improve the evaluation system of impact relationship.Based on the studies, combined the problems of enterprises of ourcountry,propose solutions and suggestions to improve implementation ofstrategic human resource management.Then supply a new way for theresearch and development of strategic human resource management toimpact firm performance and provide a reference for in-depth study offuture theory and practice of community about strategic human resourcemanagement and firm performance.
