| The merits of the quality of construction projects not only related to the applicability of the project, but also related to the security of people’s lives and property and social stability, and on the other hand, it also related to the survival of enterprises. So it is imperative to lay the quality management in the initial place."A project vital and lasting importance calls for good quality" is the guidelines of our country’s consistent construction engineering. To ensure the engineering quality is an eternal theme throughout the whole project. Papermaking project as one of capital construction projects should also focus on the quality control. The research of quality management application for papermaking construction project is of important significance.Papermaking projects have much in common with general construction projects. But because of professional technical difference, paper projects have its own particularity on the fact of construction and management. This article will first introduce the theory of quality control and its development situation at home and abroad,then present the development and the current situation of our Chinese paper industry; secondly, the concept of quality management and the theory of construction project quality control and Total Quality Management will be briefly reviewed; next,based on the the practical example--"300000ton/annual Papermaking Project" of Anhui Shanying Paper Industry Company, the article analyzed and concluded the practical application situation of the quality management method, which is divided into four projct phases that is conceptual phase, planning phase, implementation phase and completion phase. Lastly, combined with the result and existence problem from the concrete example, the conclusion drawn conforms to the quality management application method of paper construction project and the importance of the Total Quality Manangement application method. |
