Project Feasibhity Research On The Xingjiang Mobile Corporation Business Support System4A2.0

The paper commence4A2.0project’s feasibility study on the analysis of the businesssupport system4A1.0in Xinjiang mobile from the main problems about account, authentication,authorization and log audit. Based on the economic and social development in Xinjiang andmainly on the strategy of stimulating the local economy and promoting social progress,especially the analysis and prediction of the demands in social communication and informationservice since the "12th Five-year Plan" and the forum, we conduct scientific research in order toupgrade business support system4A from4A1.0to4A2.0in the demand of access ability andstructure adjustment function. We put forward feasible program on safety managementrequirement and business management requirement by comparing the development of companycompetition. Especially in conjunction with the centralization、informatization、standardizedmanagement concept and specification requirements in4A2.0, we propose a more explicit reasonabout the necessity and operability in demands of upgrading the system.Not only demonstrating the feasibility of the project by multiple perspectives, such as frommacroeconomic to microeconomic, industry to enterprise, group to Xinjiang and management totechnology, but we still consider the problems of internal risk control, operation management,network operation and maintenance management. In the end,all the clear points, sufficientarguments and economic evaluation may prove the feasibility of the project.
