This paper analyzes the current domestic C2C electronic commerce logistics enterprises existing problems and its causes, is designed based on this puts forward measures to solve the problems, to construct a C2C e-commerce logistics enterprises to choose the model of the system.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign research literature, this paper constructs an evaluation index model of logistics enterprises, involving the five indicators, respectively, the average price of time of arrival, loss rate, service and distribution network, the logistics enterprises of the five indicators data directly using the information entropy method to obtain the weights of the indexes, and to characterize the C2C electronic commerce sellers demand then the AHP level analysis method is adopted to obtain the weight of index, information entropy and AHP to determine the index weights, will be obtained by calculating the comprehensive weight to the original decision matrix, in order to improve the traditional TOPSIS method, effective for the logistics enterprises to choose, the experiment proves that this method has good feasibility and effectiveness. At the same time, the traditional AHP matrix does not satisfy the consistency problem was improved, presents a comprehensive retention score data information weight analysis method, the AHP score matrix absolute meet conformance testing, simplifies the AHP level analysis calculation.This paper presents a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the logistics enterprises choose method, for the C2C electronic commerce sellers choose the best logistics enterprises to provide a scientific basis for decision-making, reduce the risk of e-commerce logistics and distribution logistics services and logistics costs, ensure the high ratio of performance to price. Practical application according to the actual situation can be extended evaluation index system, combining with the existing C2C e-commerce platform on the large number of real-time logistics data, will obtain higher logistics enterprises choose accurate rate. This method is also applicable to other electronic business platform of logistics enterprises selection problem, in fact, the method of supply chain decision problem has certain theory significance and the practical value, can also act on other more extensive multiple objective decision making problem.
