China’s Financial Security Condition

Along with economic globalization and the continuous deepening of liberalization, the diversification of international economic development becomes increasingly prominent, financial security is the core of economic security and even national security strategy, its position becomes more prominent. Especially after the2008U.S subprime mortgage crisis, we do much further research about financial security. At present. China’s financial system is still not perfect, there are still some unreasonable aspects, such as inefficiencies of financial institutions, regulatory system is inadequate etc. At the same time, the external environment such as structure of foreign debt, foreign investment impact, etc. Their impact on our financial security is getting more and more obvious. Therefore, building comprehensive evaluation index system of financial security, analyzing the influencing factors affecting the financial security, studying and judging China’s financial security status, they play an important role in maintaining China’s financial security, guarding against financial risks and promoting stable economic development.The article firstly starts from the theoretical background of the financial security, has elaborated the definition of the concept of financial security, analyzed the relationship and difference between financial security and it’s related concepts, also introduced the domestic and international factors that affect our financial security, qualitatively analyzed the present status of China’s financial security. Secondly, it selects20indicators from the three subsystems which include financial institutions inherent stability subsystem, macroeconomic stability subsystem and the market risk subsystem to build financial security comprehensive evaluation index system, makes empirical analysis of China’s financial security using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Thirdly, the paper analyzes form three angles:financial institutions inherent stability subsystem, macroeconomic stability subsystem and the market risk subsystem, made comprehensive evaluation of China’s financial security’s level status, and identified our financial system’s weakness. At last, it proposes countermeasures to enhance the financial security and guard against financial risks form the perspective of these three subsystems according to the empirical analysis’s results.The article’s results of China’s financial security qualitative analysis and quantitative comprehensive evaluation are basically consistent with our financial safety situation, this indicates that the paper’s building the comprehensive evaluation index system and the use of fuzzy comprehensive method can reflect China’s financial security status. There is certain value to China’s financial security’s comprehensive evaluation.
