In the process of continuous enterprises development,the demand for staff is also changing, and the employee engagement plays an important role in the long-term development of enterprises. The justice perception of employees has an important impact on employee engagement level in all influenced factors. Performance apprisal is an important part of the human resource management, the justice perception of employees in the performance apprisal process has a great influence on employee engagement level.Based on reviewing organizational justice, perceived organizational support, employee engagement and other related theories with a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods, and we analyze the relationship between performance apprisal justice and employee engagement. We make statistical analysis of data based on the literature review and questionnaire survey. We make correlation analysis, regression analysis for performance apprisal justice, perceived organizational support, employee engagement, and inspect the mediated role of perceived organizational support between performance apprisal justice and employee engagement. The article findings are summarized as follows.Performance apprisal justice plays an important role in the attitudes and behavior of employees. Performance apprisal justice is significantly positively related to employee engagement. Performance apprisal justice is an important supportive measure of the organization, that can forecast perceived organization support. Performance apprisal justice is significantly positively related to perceived organizational support. The supportive measures of organization are favour of employee work with positive attitude, and enhance their engagement level. Perceived organizational support is significantly positively related to employee engagement. On one hand, performance apprisal justice has a direct impact on employee engagement, on the other hand, performance apprisal justice has the indirect impact on employee engagement through perceived organizational support.In addition, we put forward the measures of enhancing employee engagement from performance apprisal justice and perceived organizational support. The article points out the shortcoming of the paper and the future direction.The innovation of this paper is to bring organizational justice in the performance apprisal justice, and analyze the effects of performance apprisal justice and employee engagement, and make perceived organizational support as mediating variables, we further clarify the mechanism of performance apprisal justice influence on employee engagement, which riches theoretical studies, and provides a reference for enterprise managers dealing with the relationship between the employees and the organization.
